Tour de Fleece day 12; brown corriedale

I have been spinning for the last couple of days, but just haven't been near my camera in decent daylight. I've been spinning some dark brown Corriedale fibre. This is much softer than you'd imagine from its hairy appearance, with a lovely lofty bounce.
So far, I have spun 1 bobbin of single-ply; I intend to make a 3-ply yarn that I reckon will be roughly light DK weight.

The fibre has a slightly stickey, but not quite rough; I think it will be lovely in some stranded colourwork with some bainin or a lighter natural brown shade... watch this space!
