Baaaaaaa

Quite a long while ago, during my first trip to Springwools, I picked up a kit to knit Shaun the Sheep.

Poor Shaun was ignored for a long while. Then, about two years ago I knit up his individual parts.

 He then languished at the very back of the yarn stash for another two years. 

 Until today. I spent about 3 hours sewing him together. Really, with toys, knitting is such a small part of the work. Not how I want to spend my time.

Though I think I have enough yarn left from the kit for a second Shaun. Possibly wearing a jumper.

This Shaun has gone to live with the cutest 15 month old in the world; her favourite nursery rhyme is Baa Baa Black Sheep.
