From a distance it seems to be fairly intact; the only noticeable flaw is that it's got a piece of string instead of a solid footman, & I have used a Donegal wheel before in that condition. I've never been so tempted to step over the barrier at a museum and give this wheel a go...
See the Irish Country Furniture exhibition at the National Museum, Collins Barracks, for plenty of lovely kitchen dressers & lovely old crockery that will probably remind you of your grandmother.
